Shipping & delivery
Is shipping free?
Yes, absolutely! When you place an order over €99, we will ship your package for free! For orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €4.95 within the Netherlands and €5.95 to Belgium.
What is the delivery time?
When placing your order and in your order confirmation, you
will see the expected delivery time - this depends on the type of item and the shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to follow the shipment.
My order is delayed, what now?
No problem, we will solve it for you! You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been completed by us. Your order will be picked up by DHL within 24 hours. They will notify you via the track & trace as soon as possible when your package will be delivered. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the next business day.

How do I place an order?
Ordering is very simple. Follow the steps below to place an
order:
Go to ‘SHOP’. You will see a menu. After choosing the gender, you can select from various types of clothing. Regardless of your choice (gender or type of clothing), you will end up in a filter menu. Use the filter menu to search more specifically for a product. Select a size and, if desired, the type of clothing or a particular color. If you find a nice item, click on the picture. The product will be displayed, and you can choose a size. If the size is available, click "Shop now" to add the item to your cart. In your shopping cart, you have the option to view it and proceed to checkout. If you wish to continue to checkout, you will be taken to the checkout page. If you have an account with us, you can log in here or proceed as a guest. Once everything is filled out, choose ‘Proceed to shipping’. Then, select the desired shipping method and, in the next step, the desired payment method. Click on ‘Review order’ to check all details and, if everything is correct, place the order.
I did not receive an order confirmation? Did my order go through?
Unfortunately, sometimes our email ends up in the "spam" folder. You can add our email address to safe senders to prevent this. If you haven't received a confirmation and it’s not in your spam folder, you can check within your account if your order went through. If the payment status is Paid and the fulfillment status is Open, everything is fine, and the order will be shipped as soon as possible. If the payment was unsuccessful, please contact our customer service so we can assist you further. If you did not receive a confirmation and do not have an account, please contact our customer service by calling +31851053549 or emailing hello@superrebelkids.com.
My order has not been shipped yet, when can I expect it?
No worries! You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been completed by us. This will be within 24 hours of ordering. PostNL will notify you via the track & trace as soon as possible when your package will be delivered. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed as soon as possible on the next business day.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Sorry to hear you want to modify/cancel an order, but you can decide to cancel the purchase later. Unfortunately, we cannot modify/cancel the order once the payment is completed. However, the order can be returned. Please note that this must be done within 14 days.
I forgot an item, can I still add it to my order?
If you realize after placing an order that you forgot an item, unfortunately, no items can be added once the payment is completed. A new order must be placed.
An item is missing from my order, what now?
We're sorry to hear that your order is incomplete! Please notify us as soon as possible about the missing item. You can reach our customer service via phone (+3185 1053549) or email (hello@superrebelkids.com) Monday through Friday between 9:00-17:00.
I ordered the wrong size, what now?
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can exchange the item. Return the item by following the return steps. Indicate that you want to exchange the item and specify the desired size/color. We will ensure you receive the correct size free of charge.
I don't know which size to order?
We understand that selecting a size can be challenging. To
help you, we have included a size chart with each product, making it easier to determine the best clothing size. The size charts come with measurement instructions to easily calculate your size. Additionally, you can always ask our customer service for advice. If you are still unsure about a size, we fully understand. We recommend ordering one size. If it is not the right size, we will handle the entire return process and send you the correct size for free. Great, right?
How will I receive my order?
All orders are delivered in a bag made of recycled material
and come with a SuperRebel sticker. The bag can be reused for returning your order.
The item I want is out of stock
Unfortunately, it can happen that the desired item is out of stock. When an item is completely sold out, it will be removed from the webshop. So, if you can no longer find aspecific item, it is unfortunately no longer available

No additional fees are associated with any payment method.
How safe is shopping at SuperRebel?
The payment information you provide to us is completely
secure. This means all personal data you entrust to us is encrypted. Others cannot see or retrieve your personal data. You can be sure a website is secure by the lock icon.
Can I pay afterwards?
Unfortunately, paying afterward is not possible.
How is VAT handled at SuperRebel?
All prices shown on the website include 21% VAT.
Returns
How do I return items? How do I send my return?
Place the unwashed/unworn clothing in the original packaging with the attached tag back into the shipping bag and pack the items well. Go to the webshop for returns or scan the QR code provided and follow the instructions.
Always include the packing slip.
Close the bag and attach the return label or have the barcode scanned at the drop-off point.
Scan the QR code included in the package and follow the instructions. If you wish to return one or more items from your order, you may do so within 14 days. Return costs are at your own expense. At the post office, you will receive a track and trace number; keep this safe so you can follow your
return.

NOTE: Make sure the label or barcode of the original
shipment is no longer visible. If the label of the original shipment is still visible, it will cause problems during the return process. Returns are at your own risk, so please keep this in mind.
What are the return costs?
Return costs are at your own expense. When the entire order
is returned, any previously incurred shipping costs will be refunded.
I did not receive a packing slip or return form with myorder?
Sorry to hear that the packing slip/return form is missing
from your order. If you want to return an item and the packing slip is missing, you can print out the order confirmation or invoice and add it to the return package. A handwritten note with the order number and your name/address will also suffice. The most important thing is that we can see from whom the return package is coming. If we don't know who the return package is from, we cannot
process the return.
Has my return arrived?
You can see when we have received your return with your
track & trace code. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly and carefully as possible. If the track and trace indicate that the package has been received by Brandworks /SuperRebel, you can assume it has arrived. After receiving your return, we will refund the money within 14 days via the same payment method you used.
What are the return conditions?
Returns without a packing slip will not be processed.
Items must be in the original packaging.
Items must have the attached price tag.
Items must be unworn/unused/unwashed.
In case of a defect/wrong item, please contact us in advance.
Returns are always at your own risk.
If a return does not meet the conditions, we may refuse or partially refund it. We will then contact you.
TIP: If you have returns from different orders, they
can be sent back in one package. In that case, only one return fee will be
charged. You can find this option in Returnless.
What is the return period?
The return period is 14 calendar days after receiving the order. As a consumer, you have the right to return online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving the item (Distance Selling Act). For returns, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days of receiving the
package.
Can I drop off my return?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to drop off a return. You

Can I exchange?
Absolutely! If you ordered the wrong size or just prefer a
different size, please contact our customer service. You can return the wrong item at your own expense, and you will receive a code for free shipping on the new order. Contact us via: hello@superrebelkids.com

Did you receive a damaged package?
We are sorry to hear this and hope you received the items
intact and complete. If the damage is only to the package, you can use another box for a possible return. Please use the return documents provided with the return shipment. The package can be returned free of charge with the return
label.

Warranty & Repairs
What are the warranty conditions?
Legal warranty
All items you buy from us have a legal warranty. This means
that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly
under normal use, as long as you can reasonably expect from that item. This
also applies to items you buy on sale.
SuperRebel warranty conditions
Besides the legal warranty, we also offer excellent
complaint handling. If items break within 6 months, check our SuperRebel
warranty conditions. The warranty covers most common production and material
defects. Rules for this warranty are:
Visible defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt. This can be done by
uploading a photo through the Returnless return method. In this case, you can exchange the item free of charge, provided it is in stock.
Invisible defects: the product breaks for an unexplained reason. Contact ourcustomer service for an assessment.
The warranty is not valid in the following cases:
The product is damaged due to negligence or improper use (such as a hole or damage from a fall).
Damage caused by repairs or modifications made by a third party without prior permission from SuperRebel.
Damage or disturbances caused by fire.
External changes caused by normal use of the product, such as discoloration from
excessive washing, shrinkage from not following washing instructions, etc.
I have a complaint about an item, what now?
If you buy an item from us, you can expect to receive a good
product. If something is wrong with your item, we will find a suitable solution as soon as possible. If you received a damaged, incomplete item or if it broke within 14 days, report the item to our customer service. After registration, we
will inform you as soon as possible how we can resolve your complaint. If your item breaks outside the first 14 days, also report it as a complaint. If your item meets the warranty conditions, it will be repaired for free, you will receive a new item, or your money will be refunded. If the item no longer falls within the warranty conditions or if you have used it normally and it is just worn out, you are not entitled to a warranty.
How long does my complaint processing take?
For complaints about clothing and accessories, the processing time averages 14 working days. You will receive an email from us as soon as the complaint has been processed and the item has been returned.
When do I not have a warranty?
The warranty covers most common production and material defects. The warranty is not valid in the following cases:
The product is damaged due to negligence or improper use (such as a hole or damage from a fall).
Damage caused by repairs or modifications made by a third party without prior permission from SuperRebel.
Damage or disturbances caused by fire.
External changes caused by normal use of the product, such as discoloration from excessive washing, etc.
