RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS
We want to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience at superrebel.shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may use your right of withdrawal and return your order without giving any reason, subject to the conditions below.
1. Right of withdrawal and return timeline
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.
- The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to notify SuperRebel of the intention to return the order.
- After this notification, the customer has another 14 days to send the items back.
- SuperRebel will process the refund within 14 days after the return notification. SuperRebel may withhold the refund until the returned items have been received or until the customer has provided proof that the items have been sent back.
Returns outside these time limits cannot be accepted under the right of withdrawal, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or non-conforming.
2. Conditions for returns
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. This means that items must be:
- unworn and unused;
- clean and undamaged;
- returned with all original tags and labels attached;
- returned with all accessories, attachments and packaging, where reasonably possible;
- packed securely for return shipment.
The customer may only unpack, inspect and try on the product to the extent necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and fit of the product, similar to what would be allowed in a physical store.
If an item or its packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, or if the item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary, SuperRebel may deduct a depreciation fee from the refund.
Where possible, products from the same return request should be returned together.
3. Refunds
If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, SuperRebel will refund the purchase amount of the returned items.
If the full order is returned, SuperRebel will also refund the standard original shipping costs paid for the delivery of the order. If the customer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option, only the standard delivery costs will be refunded.
If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. After SuperRebel has initiated the refund, the customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears on the customer’s account.
4. Return methods
The customer can return items in two ways:
1. Return using your own shipping method
The customer may return the items using a shipping provider of their choice. The direct costs of this return shipment are at the customer’s own expense and are paid directly by the customer to the chosen shipping provider.
If the customer chooses their own shipping method, SuperRebel will not deduct return label costs from the refund.
However, any additional costs charged to SuperRebel or its logistics partner by external parties as a result of the return shipment may be deducted from the refund. This may include, but is not limited to, customs duties, import VAT, clearance costs, carrier administration fees, storage fees or similar charges. These costs will only be deducted if they are actually charged to SuperRebel or its logistics partner and cannot reasonably be recovered.
2. Return using a SuperRebel return label
Where available, the customer may use a return label provided by SuperRebel. The cost of this return label will be deducted from the refund.
For returns from The Netherlands, the return label cost is €6.00.
For returns from Belgium, the return label cost is €8.00.
For returns from all other countries, the return label cost will be determined in advance based on the country and the type of shipment. The customer will be informed of these costs before the return label is created.
Even when using a SuperRebel return label, additional costs charged by external parties, such as customs duties, import VAT, clearance costs, carrier administration fees or storage fees, may be deducted from the refund if these costs are actually charged to SuperRebel or its logistics partner and cannot reasonably be recovered.
5. International returns and customs costs
For returns from countries other than The Netherlands and Belgium, additional costs may apply depending on the country of shipment and the way the return shipment is processed.
These costs may include, but are not limited to:
- customs duties;
- import VAT;
- customs clearance costs;
- carrier administration fees;
- storage fees;
- other costs charged by customs authorities, carriers or logistics service providers.
If such costs are charged to SuperRebel or its logistics partner and cannot reasonably be recovered, they may be deducted from the refund. SuperRebel will provide insight into these costs upon request.
The customer is responsible for correctly completing all required customs and return documents. Where applicable, the return shipment must be clearly marked as a return shipment, for example with the wording “returned goods” or “return merchandise”.
Costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or missing customs or shipping documents are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund.
This does not apply if the return concerns an incorrect, defective or non-conforming product for which SuperRebel is legally responsible.
6. Return shipping instructions
Items can be returned using either a shipping provider of your choice or, where available, a SuperRebel return label.

Instructions:
- Complete the return form from your original packing slip and include it in your return package.
- Make sure all products are unworn, unused, clean, undamaged and returned with all tags attached.
- Repack the items securely, preferably in the original box or original packaging. If this is not possible, use suitable protective packaging for shipment.
- Make sure the return shipment is prepaid. SuperRebel cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or insufficiently prepaid shipments.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been received by SuperRebel, unless SuperRebel has arranged the transport or the shipment is collected by SuperRebel.
SuperRebel is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return packages sent using the customer’s own shipping method.
7. Exchanges
In case of an exchange, SuperRebel will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item once. This only applies to items purchased without discount and does not apply to orders that were originally delivered free of charge.
If the exchanged item is returned again, the return costs are at the customer’s own expense.
8. Defective, incorrect or non-conforming products
If the customer has received an incorrect, defective or non-conforming product, the customer should contact SuperRebel before returning the item.
In such cases, the reasonable return costs will be borne by SuperRebel, provided that the complaint is valid and the return instructions have been followed.
9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Not every online purchase can always be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may lapse, in cases permitted by law, including but not limited to:
- products made to the customer’s specifications;
- personalized products;
- products that are clearly personal in nature;
- products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken;
- other legally excluded products or situations.
For regular items where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer may inspect and try on the product as would be possible in a physical store. If the customer uses the product beyond what is necessary to assess it, SuperRebel may deduct a depreciation fee from the refund.
