REFUND POLICY

RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

We want to ensure you have the best experience when shopping at superrebel.shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days from the date your order was placed.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • Products from the same order must be returned together and shipped from The Netherlands.

  • Returns are at your own expense unless a pre-paid label is provided upon request.

Return Timeline:

  1. Customers have 14 days to notify us of their intention to return the order.

  2. After this notification, customers have another 14 days to send the items back.

  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

 

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

You can return items using the shipping provider of your choice.

Instructions:

  1. Complete the return form from your original packing slip and include it in your return package.

  2. All products must be unworn, unused, and with tags still attached.

  3. Repackage items securely in the original box if possible, or use suitable packaging for shipment.

  4. Ensure your return shipping is pre-paid. SuperRebel cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  5. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and adequate insurance to cover the value of the items. SuperRebel will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Important: If the product is damaged or shows excessive wear, we may deduct a depreciation fee from your refund. Please handle items with care and pack them properly for return.

 

PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL

Returns are at your own expense. You may send the item back to us using any shipping provider of your choice. Once received, attach the label to your package and drop it off at the specified shipping provider location. Please include the completed return form with your items.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, and your bank may require 1–2 billing cycles to reflect the transaction.

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
